Welcome to my price page. Everything below is a general estimate for how much I charge. The rates seen here are a flat labor fee, not an hourly rate. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at one of my social pages. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars), and I will only take USD for payment. If you ask me for a diagnostic, I charge based on the prices below. If you choose to continue with a repair, you only have to worry about parts + labor costs. If you bring your own part, you only need to pay for labor. These prices are determined simply by how much effort I perceive is needed tor any one task, and i attempt to undercut major shops in my area. I do this because it's fun, not because I need money. And finally, if something is outside of your price range, feel free to let me know. I can be a bit flexible.
General Maintenance
Just general stuff that I can do for about any device.
Diagnostics: $20
If you choose to continue with a repair or Clean and Maintain after I diagnose it, you don't have to worry about the Diagnostic fee.
Desktop clean and maintain: $20
Laptop clean and maintain: $40
Console clean and maintain: $30
Handheld and AIO clean and maintain: $35
Phone/Tablet clean and maintain: $20
OS Reinstall: $5
If total is $20+, OS Reinstall is free.
Install OS: $10 + License fee (If applicable)
Certain devices cannot install another OS, such as iPhones, certain Android phones, and consoles. The flat $10 is waived if your total is $20+.
Virus/Malware/Adware removal: $20Desktops
These are typically very easy to work on, and have almost no restrictions.
Motherboard Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $70
CPU Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $50
GPU Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $30
RAM Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $20
HDD/SSD Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $15
Case Replacement: Parts, no labor fee
Power Supply Replacement/Upgrade: Parts + $20
Fans replacement: Parts + $20
Water Cooler AIO replacement/upgrade: Parts + $20
Full Build: Parts + $150Consoles
These can be pretty hit or miss as to whether or not they're easily repairable, but generally, it's much like a desktop with some soldered in parts.
Thermal Paste replacement: $35

These are harder to work on, as many models have soldered in parts that I can't replace, or are really difficult/risky to open up.

Keyboard Replacements: Parts + $55
I will not replace keyboards for models that have the keyboard integrated into the chassis, as that would require me to basically completely disassemble your laptop. I recommend using an external keyboard, which I wouldn't mind providing one that works to your liking at the cost of purchasing it. The $55 fee is also waived if you would rather have an external keyboard.Handhelds
These are difficult to work on solely because a lot of it is proprietary, and in most cases there's not much I can do. Handheld devices include things like the Nintendo Switch, PSP, Lenovo Legion Go, Steam Deck, or ROG Ally. Much like phones, these are often SoC or mostly soldered parts, however there are some cases where I can manage something.
Controller repair: Parts + $20
Not applicable to devices such as the Switch Lite or the ROG Ally where the controllers are not detachable. If the fix is just to clean it, refer to the Handheld/AIO clean and maintain price under General Maintenance.

Due to the SoC format of most modern phones, I mostly concentrate my work around software issues. I will not root an Android device. If your device comes to me already rooted or flashed with another ROM, reinstalling Android will not fix many of the security issues that come with unlocking the bootloader and rooting the phone.

Reinstall/Factory Reset Android: $5
Free if your total exceeds $20. Once again please note that reinstalling Android is not going to fix any security issues that occurred due to rooting or flashing a ROM.Apple devices
Apple heavily discourages independent repair of their hardware, and heavily encourages going through their own channels. As such, I will not be touching the hardware of any Apple device.

Intel macbook OS Install: $10 + Licensing fee (If applicable)
